HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT AND BOOK INTO CLASSES?
We use Momence to manage all accounts and bookings.
You can create your account and book classes directly through our website.
Prefer to book on the go? Simply download the Momence app for fast, easy scheduling and account management from your phone.
I HAVEN’T EXERCISED IN A WHILE - WHERE SHOULD I START?
Welcome - we’re so proud of you already. This is a space where every body is supported.
All of our classes are open level with options to modify or progress depending on how you’re feeling. Our instructors are here to guide and support you every step of the way.
If you’re returning to movement, we recommend starting with MOVE CLUB CORE (Reformer Pilates) or STRONG (non-heated strength) FORM or SCULPT (Infrared Strength & Pilates) to build confidence and reconnect with your body.
Always let your instructor know if you have any injuries, conditions or if you’re pregnant so we can support you with the right modifications.
WHAT DO I NEED FOR MY FIRST CLASS?
Comfortable activewear you can move in
A water bottle
A sweat towel
sneakers for strength classes
Grippy socks (required for Reformer classes — available for purchase in-studio)
We don’t have showers, but we do offer changing facilities.
Arrive a few minutes early, introduce yourself to your instructor and get ready to move, sweat and feel incredible.
I’M PREGNANT - CAN I STILL COME?
Congratulations! We love supporting women through every stage of life.
With your doctor’s approval, you’re welcome to join in on group classes.
Your instructor will guide you through safe modifications, and we have props available to support you throughout your pregnancy journey.
We don’t recommend infrared training in our hot studio for pregnancy but you are always welcome in sweat studio & move studio classes

NOT FEELING WELL?
If you’re experiencing any cold or flu symptoms, we ask that you stay home and rest.
We want to keep our community and team healthy so everyone can keep training strong.
HOW MANY TIMES CAN I ATTEND?
Your membership or pass gives you the flexibility to train as much as you like.
Whether you prefer Pilates, infrared strength training, or a mix of both, our class schedule allows you to build your ideal weekly routine.
Please note: members can book one class per day to keep things fair and balanced across the community.
HOW DO I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE A CLASS?
Life happens - we get it.
If you can’t make it to class, please cancel through the Momence app or website.
We do not accept cancellations via phone, social media or email.
If the app isn’t working, try deleting and reinstalling it.

WHAT’S A WAITLIST AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
We’re a boutique studio with small class sizes to give you a more personal experience. This means some classes fill up quickly.
If a class is full, join the waitlist.
If a spot opens up, you’ll be automatically added and notified by text and/or email.
If you can’t make it, be sure to remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid late cancellation fees and allow someone else to join.
You may be added to the class 30 minutes before.
💡 Tip: Always jump on the waitlist - most people get in!
CAN I RECEIVE TEXT AND EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS?
Yes, and we recommend it.
To enable notifications:
Settings > General Setup > Class & Appointment Reminders
We’ll keep you updated if:
You get into a class from a waitlist
A payment is successful or fails
You’re marked absent or late cancel a class
HOW DO I SUSPEND OR CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
It’s easy - just fill out the membership change form on our Member Management page.
Our team will handle the rest.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT DETAILS?
Sign in to your account, go to the "My Account" or "Account Settings" tab, and then add or update your payment information.
MY INTRO OFFER IS ABOUT TO EXPIRE AND I HAVEN’T BOOKED A CLASS. WHAT NOW?
The expiry shows 21 days from purchase.
Once you book your first class, the offer period officially begins.
We recommend booking your first session on the day you want your 21 days to start.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT VOUCHERS?
Yes! Gift vouchers can be purchased online or in-studio.
Online: Redeem at checkout on our website or app
In-Studio: Email us at hello@youwellnessclub.com.au with your voucher number.
