Mums & Minis Classes | 2026

Our Mums & Minis classes are designed to help you move, rebuild strength, and feel like yourself again, without needing childcare or rushing through your workout.

Held in small, supportive classes, these sessions allow you to train while your baby is safely nearby, creating a calm and welcoming space for both of you.

  • Small class sizes for personalised guidance

  • Suitable for postnatal mums at any stage (medical clearance recommended)
